Profile Statement

Heidi began dancing when she was five and was exposed to various dance styles including Chinese dance, Jazz, contemporary and tap. For jazz, she has passed grade foundation 7 offered by the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing with honours in 2016. She then completed a year long training - The Gifted Young Dancers Programme (GYDP) offered by the HKAPA in 2017. Furthermore, she extended her interests in street style choreographies and participated in a choreography workshop offered by B01 studio in 2021.

For performing experiences, she had participated in the annual event HK Tap dance festival organised by R&T HK from 2015-2019. She was also an active performer at Youth Arts Foundation during 2015-2017, she participated in the Standard Charted Arts in the Park events and the musical Melodia as a dancer. Moreover, with young tappers troupe, she had won the first place for adult tap troupe in a competition by World of Dance (WOD) held in Korea in 2018. She is passionate in performing and is eager to share her experiences and inspirations she acquired.
